Services and Treatments
We offer a range of massage therapy services, with sessions lasting from 60 to 120 minutes. Upon booking an appointment, you will receive a comprehensive customization form. This allows you to specify the pressure, type of massage, areas to avoid, and areas to focus on.
For those without health insurance coverage, we offer relaxation massage therapy at discounted prices, focusing on relaxation rather than therapeutic benefits.
Additionally, we provide discounts on couple’s massages. Enjoy treatments with friends, family, or a partner on any day, whether it’s casual or special.
Yes, we offer discounted treatments for couples. For group appointments, please contact our staff directly at 000-000-0000.
Yes! Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link to a customization form where you can specify your preferred treatments.
Booking and Cancellation
Yes. To ensure a smooth booking process, we recommend making your reservations in advance. We accept reservations up to 90 days ahead. However, last-minute bookings are also welcome if there are available spots.
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate all our guests fairly, we have the following cancellation policy:
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service will apply.
- No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service.
- Group Bookings: For group bookings, cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. A deposit of 50% is needed at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or changes are made less than 24 hours before your appointment. This policy ensures that we can provide quality service to all our guests.
Arrival and Check-In
To ensure you have ample time to relax and prepare for your treatment, we recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you to check in, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your spa experience without feeling rushed.
Additionally, we offer complimentary tea and healthy snacks. Arriving early gives you the chance to enjoy these refreshments and relax both before and after your appointment.
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing when you visit the spa. Each treatment room has its own closet, allowing you to undress before getting onto the treatment table. If you prefer, we also offer comfortable robes and slippers that you can change into for your treatment. This ensures your privacy and comfort throughout your spa experience.
